This isn't traditional talking therapy. You will never feel judged, shamed or labelled, and you can learn to feel safe and to build boundaries. You don't have to talk about what has happened to you, because your body and nervous system tell their own story. You can begin to understand what is happening in your body, and be in control of your emotions and fears rather than them being in control of you.

Together with my daughter, Krista Morten, I set up We are Vega Therapy, as a way for people and clients to access psycho-education, information, tools and resources. Not everyone has access to good therapy, so we wanted to create an easy and accessible place to house these resources, to give people back some control over themselves and be able to lead the lives they want.
